1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Geant Events, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Agreement
All services provided are subject to a formal contract. A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure our event planning services.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be provided in writing. Specific timelines and associated fees are outlined in your individual service contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, mood boards, and unique event layouts created by Geant Events remain our intellectual property until otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Geant Events shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or third-party vendor failures.
